How we process personal data on the Gecko Labs website.

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Pablo Paweł Rafalski (trading as “Gecko Labs”), ul. Czereśniowa 6/516, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland, VAT ID 5992810838, REGON 541483318.

2. What data we collect
Data from the form or direct contact: name, e-mail address and message content.
Technical session data for anonymous analytics (e.g. device type, referral source, section interactions) — without identifying a person.
When we launch the voice assistant: the conversation and its transcript for quality purposes. We do not store biometric voice data of the caller.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiry and discussing cooperation — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Analytics and site improvement — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Adapting the tone of communication — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This profiling does not affect price and does not produce automated decisions about you. You have the right to object.
4. AI models used
To analyse enquiries and run the assistant we use language models: Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic) and models provided via DeepInfra (incl. the Llama, DeepSeek and Qwen families).
The models are an analytical and communication-support tool. They do not autonomously make decisions with legal effects for you.
5. Profiling and opt-out
We analyse on-site behaviour signals to tailor the tone of the first conversation. We do not recognise emotions, use biometrics or perform social scoring.
You can opt out of profiling at any time — write to kontakt@gecko-labs.pl and we will exclude your session.
6. Analytics
We use self-hosted analytics (Plausible) without third-party cookies and without cross-site tracking.
7. Data recipients
Our server infrastructure provider (Hetzner, EU) and the AI model providers listed in point 4. Data is not sold.
8. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, then per legal obligations. Analytics data is kept in anonymised form.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with its update date.
